Infection control procedures at Richmond Dental are precautions that we take to ensure the safety and protection of our patients and staff. Dr. Novak and our team follow infection control guidelines set by several federal agencies, such as the Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA), the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), and the Centers for Disease Control (CDC).

Some of the guidelines that we follow include:

• Using disinfecting hand soap
• Wearing gloves and face masks
• Disinfecting all countertops and surfaces
• Cleaning and sterilizing all reusable equipment before and after every use
• Using disposable materials

We abide by these guidelines to maintain a clean environment for everyone who works in and visits our facility because we care about your well-being.
